This Privacy Policy describes how Ecom Wave LLC(“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares your information when you visit highticketcallfunnels.com or apply to join the High Ticket Call Funnels community.

When you apply to High Ticket Call Funnels, we collect:

• Contact information: first name, email address, phone number
• Business information: business type, self-reported monthly revenue
• Open-text responses: your answers to qualifying questions

We may also automatically collect IP address, browser type, device info via standard server logs, and page interaction data (e.g., Meta Pixel events when ads are active — see Cookies section below).

2. How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

• Review your application and determine fit
• Contact you about your application via email, phone, or SMS
• Invite you to the High Ticket Call Funnels community on Skool
• Improve our marketing and ad targeting
• Provide ongoing communication about High Ticket Call Funnels and Ecom Wave LLC services

3. How we share information

We share data only with the following service providers, used solely to deliver the Service:

• Google: application data is stored in Google Sheets
• Slack: application notifications are sent to our internal Slack workspace
• Skool: approved applicants are invited to our community on Skool.com
• iClosed: booking platform used for high-intent applicants (Tier A)
• Meta: when advertising is active, conversion data may be shared with Meta via the Conversions API to optimize ad delivery

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Cookies and tracking

When advertising is active, this Service uses the Meta Pixel and similar tracking technologies to measure ad effectiveness. You can opt out of Meta tracking via your Meta account settings or by clearing browser cookies.

5. Data retention

We retain application data indefinitely unless you request deletion. We may retain certain data for tax, legal, or operational purposes after a deletion request.

You may, at any time:

• Request correction or deletion of your personal information
